To secure a supplier to provide a focused and expert service over a sustained period (contract duration to 30 June 2021) to support the creation of a larger and more diverse pipeline of potential Non-Executive Director (NED) and Chair candidates for NHS organisations. This work programme requires proven expertise in the field of board level recruitment with a particular emphasis on the early phases of the full board level recruitment process, i.e. research, identification, attraction, qualification and screening.
